Returns & Cancellations

Refunds: All online purchases are final. This platform is strictly for pick up purchases, the items purchased is not inteded to be consumed at our bars nor at one of our tasting room tables. No refund will be granted unless we are unable to complete a pre-paid wine purchase at the time of pick up. We do stand by our product, if you do find an issue with any of our products please reach out to us at orders@renaultwinery.com

 

Cancellations: At time of a Club Membership cancellation, any and all perks and discounts provided to club members are revoked. There will not be any refunds issued to club members, as any quarterly wine that has yet to be picked up may still be picked up by the former member at our Tasting Room Bar at their earliest convienience.
