Made in the traditional “Port” style. The grapes were fermented to 10° brix,
then the fermentation was arrested with 190 proof brandy. The wine was then
separated from the skins and moved to barrel for ageing. This wine offers notes
of tootsie roll, graham cracker, vanilla and coconut. The palate is rich and dense
with a lengthy finish that will keep you coming back for more.
